Ch 6 - What is a Yandere?

Chapter 6



"Hiroto, I'm Miwa, are you free tonight, I've made some bento for you to taste, if it's inconvenient for you at home then please come to the park, I'll be waiting here for you."

After reading the message, Asaka was so mad that she wanted to smash the phone against the ground, but then an idea sparked inside her, and she quickly tapped some typing onto the phone's keyboard, imitating ototo-kun's tone, replying that he will reach the park shortly.


"Miwa huh, could she be that slut who let ototo-kun stroke her head before? To go as far as to seduce my ototo-kun, looks like I'll need to make her vanish from this world, fufufu...." Asaka murmured as she held onto a sharp knife while heading towards the house entrance door.

"Hiroto, Asaka, your tou-san and kaa-san have returned early from our overseas trip~ here's a good news: I've arranged a marriage for Hiroto, the other party's an ojou-sama, she'll be coming the day after tomorrow, not only she's beautiful but she's rather rich as well, this will allow Hiroto to spend his years in bliss.................. , Asaka, why are you holding a knife in your hands, and where's Hiroto?" Asaka initially was already in a fit of anger earlier when suddenly she chanced upon her parent's early return, and upon opening the door she heard her tou-san saying that he had engaged Hiroto to someone else.

(TL: tou-san = dad, kaa-san = mom, ojou-sama = young daughter of a rich family)

"Tou-san, what did you just say? Hiroto is engaged? But Hiroto is still young, he can't marry that early, right." With an effort, Asaka tried to smile begrudgingly towards Hasegawa Tamaki.

"Not really, not really, last time when your tou-san was still in year one of high school, he already made a personal engagement towards your kaa-san~ well, since Hiroto's in year two now, we plan to wait till he graduates before letting him marry that ojou-sama, in order to prevent what-ifs from happening, well since you know, that nowadays competition is quite fierce for this sort of things......."

"Impossible, impossible, ototo-kun only can be mine and no one else can take him away from me, tou-san, me and ototo-kun already had s*x with each other, so he can't marry anyone else, the only person who can marry ototo-kun is me, and only me! Only me, only me."

Asaka doesn't seem to believe what her tou-san said, and started to raise her voice in a frantic manner.

"What......you and Hiroto had....? You-you-you-you-you ingrate, this is so infuriating, how did the Hasegawa family raise such an disobedient brat." Otou-san upon hearing the news, shook in anger, and Asaka's kaa-san began weeping.

"Tou-san, please....I really do love ototo-kun, please please let us be together......" Crying, Asaka knelt as she pleaded feverishly.

"Impossible, ......since things already happened, I wouldn't blame you guys.... it's tou and kaa' san fault for not taking good care of you kids...... it's tou san's fault....... it's better if next time you two see less of each other from now on, now that Hiroto have a rich fiancee, he will surely live in happiness, we might even be able to get a bigger house because of that, and I'll promise to find you a husband who's better than Hiroto."

"I really love Hiroto, I really, really do, I'm willing to use up my entire life for his sake, please..... tou-san, please let us be together." Asaka continued crying ceaselessly while kneeling down.

"Asaka, your grades are excellent, you should know that marriage between siblings is impossible."

"I love Hiroto, I love him when he's serious, I love him when he's gentle, and even when Hiroto's angry I also love him, Otou-san please, I'm begging you."

"Enough talking, from now on, I'll never let you see Hiroto ever again."

Still kneeling onto the hard floor, Asaka cried even louder, her eyes had cried to point of red soreness, and her tears dripped bit by bit, forming a tiny small pool onto the floor, beside the sharp knife which is laid down. Noticing the sharp knife, Asaka stopped crying and gave off a raucous laughter.

"Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah, what right do you have to decide our future, letting Hiroto love a stranger, go continue dreaming about it! For the sake of me and Hiroto's future, and for the sake of not letting you disturb the both of us, tou-san, please........... die."

Asaka suddenly stood up, grabbing the sharp knife and dashed towards her tou-san, hacking at his legs. Unable to react to Asaka's sudden madness, the knife managed to splice his left leg, and a "Aahhh" cry of pain was heard: because the sharp knife had hit the soft-bone portion of his leg, what remained left is just a tiny string of flesh and meat connecting the the left leg to his body. 

"Aaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, it hurts it hurts it hurts." Tou-san rolled around on the floor grasping his left leg while howling about in excruciating pain.

"Asaka! He's your tou-san!" Asaka's kaa-san upon seeing this became bewildered, she uttered a scream before rushing over to tou-san and hugging him.

"I know, that's why, please die, any obstacles between me and Hiroto will be eliminated from the trace of the world without fail, for it is destined for me and Hiroto to live together happily ever after."

Asaka then held up the sharp knife and plunged it into her parents that had raised her ever since she was born.

Seeing the two corpses lying on the floor, Asaka remained silent, and after solemnly staring at the two corpses for awhile, she bent down and ransacked their pockets for valuables, before returning to her room to take out a pink backpack. Looking around the room, she placed a four-member family photo, as well as some changing attire into her bag, before returning to the living room, taking all the cash and bank atm cards from the television-cabinet drawer. Asaka smiled - because her parents didn't kept the PIN for the cards a secret from the entire family, she's now able to touch the savings that her parents have accumulated for half of their lives.

"Tou, kaa- san, I'll promise that I and Hiroto will live a life of happiness, except that you won't get to see it now."

Then Asaka managed to obtain a large barrel of petroleum, she splashed petrol around every corner of the home that had housed her ever since she was born, all the way till the front entrance; taking out a lighter, she lit it and throw it into the house within. Large flames immediately exploded, licking the house into oblivion, while Asaka slung her pink backpack and walked headlong into the street darkness.

The second morning, while I was sleeping, I was woken up by Yamazaki to eat breakfast, while seeing Yamada obaa-san's prepared food on the dining table, I started to miss my kaa-san.

Suddenly a phone-call rang from the living room, and Yamazaki went over to pick up the call, afte a while of saying, yeah, i understand, he hung up the call and went over to me with a serious expression.

"Hiroto, I have something to tell you, but please remain calm, and promise me that you won't do anything rash."

"Yamazaki, what happened, what kind of things would have occured to make you so worried?"

"Your house was on fire, your otou-san and okaa-san had died, and your nee-san is currently missing." Yamazaki slowly worded out the morbid news to me.

"Yamazaki, today isn't April fools day, so quit it, this joke isn't funny, y'know." I stopped grinning and looked at Yamazaki's eyes.

"No, I'm not joking."

"Impossible, my parents will only come home tonight, and nee-chan is so strong, how could she be missing................... impossible, this is impossible, this is impossible." Tears began to well up as I dashed out of Yamazaki's house.

"Hiroto................................." Yamazaki shouted after my sobbing disappearing figure, but I ignored him and continue to ran towards my home.

After running for a few minutes, as the state of my blackened and charred house came into view, I began to broke down and knelt onto the floor, howling in tears of anguish.
