I think he is dead its already June of 2019 and no news from him so there are only 2 options the reasonable option which is just he can't find time to translate due to juggling school and/or a job and/or personal life or the option I am going with which is he got a girlfriend which was a yandere and he ended up complimenting some random girl on her looks and when he got home she locked him up or possibly murdered him since lets be honest here that is way more likely than something like he just is too busy to translate or just doesn't want to do it anymore
